What is the fine green stuff called that they use in rose bouquets?

I'm getting married on March 8th, and need to know what the fine green 'grass' is that they use in rose bouquets?

I'm not quite sure but as a suggestion Queen Anne's Lace looks beautiful and so elegant with roses. Congratulations!!!

The edges have a fine saw-tooth on them, which feels rough?
Reply:Probably asparagus fern, and "baby's breath" is also used a lot too.
Reply:gypsophila
Reply:Do you mean asparagus fern?
Reply:When I fist saw your question I instantly thought of the "oasis" that is used for fixing and watering the flowers but then I realised it was asparagus fern, you were talking about.
