How is it Possible for UCLA to still go to the Rose Bowl?

If UCLA beats USC and Arizona beats ASU then UCLA apparently wins the conference...how do the tiebreakers work because UCLA, USC, Oregon or Oregon State depending on the winner, and ASU would all have 3 losses. Asu beat UCLA, and UCLa beat the other two. I'm not sure how it works out for UCLA to win, it would be ridiculous for them to make the Rose Bowl and it's a long shot anyway but I just want a break down of why they win. Thanks.
How is it Possible for UCLA to still go to the Rose Bowl?
Best I can figure out the tie-breaker:

UCLA, Oregon, USC, ASU tied:

Oregon : 2-1 vs Head to Head (lost to UCLA)

ASU:1-2 vs. Head to Head

USC1-2 vs. Head to Head

UCLA 2-1 vs Head to Head (Beat Oregon)

UCLA goes to the Rose

OSU, ASU, USC, UCLA tied:

ASU 2-1

USC-2-1 (Beat ASU)

UCLA 2-1(Lost to ASU)

OSU 0-3

OSU out, ASU out lost to USC, USC lost to UCLA.-evens out.

USC and ASU both lost to Oregon (next best) and UCLA beat them.

UCLA goes to the Rose.

This the best breakdown that I can come up with.
Reply:If that Happens UCLA wins the tiebreaker.

it goes by who has the better Record against the teams that are tie with them.

and thus UCLA wins the tiebreaker
Reply:All I know is that if they win and Arizona State loses, they go to the Rose Bowl.

How can a team get hammered by UTAH AND NOTRE DAME represent the Pac 10 in the Rose Bowl?

I hope USC wins this one and saves the Pac 10 the embarassment.

And people talk about the SEC slipping into mediocrity.....
Reply:It's not possible because they'll get hammered by the TROJANS

Mr C: Utah and Notre Dame are NOT IN THE PAC 10

FIGHT ON!!!
Reply:Apparently the BCS system is doing the PAC10 break down too.
Reply:its not possible because the Rose Bowl is a BCS bowl game...UCLA is nowhere near being bowl eligible...even if they win the Pac 10, they still can't go to the Rose Bowl.
