I am looking for an arrangement which will help me to hang a ceiling rose from the ceiling....?

I am in a problem....

I need to bring down a ceiling rose from the ceiling slab, which is not accessible if I fix in the ceiling slab directly as the ceiling void is more than 1 mtr.

I need to do it in a professional way...

All what I need to know is, is there any such product available ?
