I want to preserve it beacause someone dear to me gave it.Please do help me so.
How can I make a rose fossilized? What is the simplest way?
Have it cast in acrylic. Acrylic casting will pretty much freeze anything in time, so to speak.
Reply:bury it deep underground.. dig it out after 30 years or so.. though it is a lengthy process.. but still easy
Reply:You cannot. You can preserve it by drying but that is not fossilising. Fossilising takes hundreds to thousands of years.
Reply:I preserved all my special flowers, I tie a piece of string around the stems and hang upside down from the window (preferably with the sun shining on it) and close the curtains. Give it a few days and then put it somewhere safe, I've got flowers from 3 years ago.
