Is it safe to drink Red Rose tea while pregnant?

I've had 2 small cups of coffee today, and I'd really like something hot to drink, but the only kind of tea we have right now is Red Rose.

The major risk with caffiene during pregnancy is a slightly increased risk of miscarriage during the first trimester, among women who had 6 or more servings of caffiene per day. 2-3 servings of caffiene is considered safe.

Also, I have read that most of the caffiene in tea comes out during the first 30 seconds. So maybe you could use the teabag for one cup, dump that, and then make a second cup.
