Where does the blue hybrid rose come from, and what colors do they come in?

I just got 2 for $10 at Lowes and I want to plant them in my florida yard?
Where does the blue hybrid rose come from, and what colors do they come in?
This rose was first brought to be in England and then in the Netherlands. There are several colors that don't generally match their names, thus best you see them for yourself.
